The benefits of boxing are unmatched by any other single training method. Boxing enhances self-confidence and reduces stress. Training increases coordination, builds speed and increases stamina. And unlike most aerobic activities, boxing promotes muscular development in the upper body.
All of our students receive both group and individual instruction. Each participant then has the opportunity to learn boxing fundamentals including proper stance, basic defensive skills, individual and combination punching in a supportive and challenging setting.
At the Whip Boxing Academy our classes are designed for small groups. Our instructors are able to work with each individual closely. Each participant can train according to his or her own personal goal. You can expect to see an increase in physical agility, stamina and weight loss.
